Stephanie Snyder

200-HR Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training

January 13-22, 2017 + February 3-12, 2017

You will learn from Stephanie and other experts the foundation to super charge your own practice and spiritual development, and prepare you to intelligently and confidently guide others.

This comprehensive training includes daily practice and meditation, practical anatomy, philosophy, strategic sequencing, finding your voice, practice teaching, interpersonal work, and technical alignment principles. You will dive into asana - the physical poses that reflect the inner world to the outer eye; learn basic Pranayama breathing techniques; explore sacred texts such as the Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and the Bhagavad Gita; develop your authentic teaching voice and technique; learn the anatomy of the Chakras, Nadis, Koshas, and Vayus; and discover the sacred mantras, understand what they mean, and how to use them.

The majority of training will be taught by Stephanie Snyder; complementary guest faculty will include Jason Crandell, Giselle Mari and Amanda Moran.
