For thousands of years yogis have known that the breath is the key to mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. Emotionally and mentally cleansing, this class offers the opportunity to focus fully on the fourth limb of yoga—pranayama. By using basic breathing techniques, gentle holds, and meditation, students will release long-held tension from the somatic nervous system and energetic body. Students at every level of practice are welcome and encouraged to attend.
