Join Neil Wadhawan for this special early morning practice that will kick your butt! We will meet every weekday, Monday - Friday, from 7:05 - 7:55am for two weeks, from April 16 through April 27.
Each class has been thoughtfully designed by Neil to enable you to focus on your strength. Classes will be rigorous and centered on the physical, with a short Savasana or meditation, leaving you with a unique energy for the rest of the day.
Practitioners are highly encouraged to attend each and every practice. Commit to this challenge and get ready for a transformation.
