Join Alyssa for this two hour workshop of absolute weekend bliss. We will start the practice with a fiery Vinyasa flow; this YANG portion of the practice will energize and invigorate us, calming the mind as we link breath and body. After we build heat and intensity, growing our stamina, flexibility, and strength, the focus will shift to a softer practice. The YIN portion of class will be slower and deeper. You'll notice the energetic change as we slow down the practice and drop into postures for longer and with more support from props. In this Yin practice, we will dive deeper into flexibility and mobility, accessing the connective tissue, and moving us into a more meditative state. This balanced practice will leave you feeling focused, open, and grounded, as we end our session with a short meditation.
